USPS Shipping/Delivery Guidelines
If you've received an email confirmation for delivery, but don't see your order, please read the following before reaching out to us.
Order says delivered but don't see it?
If your order says it was delivered but you don't see it you must follow the bullet points below. Please note, by doing so nearly 97% of issues get resolved this way!❤
- Step 1: Check your mailbox. We use USPS for most orders so they usually don't deliver to your door like Amazon or UPS would.
- Step 2: If it isn't there wait 36 more hours. USPS a LOT of times says a package is delivered when it usually comes the next day. (This is due to the GPS system they use to track packages.)
- Step 3: If it STILL hasn't come. Check your order's address and that it's correct. If it is correct please reach out to us here for further options: https://shopimoa.com/pages/sayhello, if your address is incorrect, please send a message to the same contact form.
Help! I think my package was stolen/never received it but the tracking number says delivered.

- Scenario 2: If you've opted to not purchase Route Shipping Insurance, unfortunately you'll have to pursue a replacement or refund through USPS. You can often find the local post office zip code in your tracking details.
