What are KPIs?

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are the critical (key) indicators of progress toward an intended result. KPIs provide a focus for strategic and operational improvement, create an analytical basis for decision making and help focus attention on what matters most.

The KPIs for IMOA Hair are intentional and the intent is to track the efficiency and fit of each ambassador.

FAQs

Is there a price I have to pay to sign up?

There is no sign up fee, nor will we ever ask for one. This program is to empower users genuinely interested in our products as well as increase our own organic brand awareness. We are fully aware that creating content takes time and value that commitment for all of our ambassadors.

Will I have to sign a contract?

Yes, IMOA Hair is a registered LLC in the state of North Carolina, we are a fully fledged business and always operate professionally and respectfully towards any business partner. As such, a contract protects us as well as yourself and helps outline expectations

How do I terminate this agreement/I don’t want to be an ambassador anymore.

If you’d like to cancel your commitment you are free to do so at any time once you’ve fulfilled your initial content submission. Please put this into writing and email us at customerservice@imoahair.com .
If you do not submit the initial content agreement, you will be required to either pay the full retail cost or reship the un-opened items back to us. Any used or non-shrink wrapped items will need to be paid in full.

Can I make money from this relationship?

Yes there are several ways to earn money as an ambassador for IMOA HAIR - -

Platinum Level Ambassadors can opt in for a sponsored ecommerce landing page that we work with you to customize. We will also provide advice on content blocks to help increase your conversations. You earn a predetermined rate per purchase from this page.
All Ambassadors may also solicit IMOA Hair for extra paid work and content that fall outside of the Instagram and Facebook posting requirements. For example, if one of your posts has high engagement, we may ask you to provide a copy of that for paid advertising and will negotiate the cost with you through an amendment contract.

Initial Content Submission

This block applies to all ambassador levels, with good lighting please submit the following upon receiving your first product batch within 14 days:

Selfie holding/displaying the product
Unboxing Photo
Unboxing Video Review - no voice over, please speak directly into the camera. (min 30 seconds)
First impression Video after using the products (min 30 seconds)
Within 60 days - Follow up video with impressions and honest review of the product and how it feels on your hair

Failure to submit these items will result in the user covering the full retail cost of your initial product kit.
